2011 Chrysler 300 Roof Rack - Complete System with Fairing - Inno Rack with Locks
This Kit Includes the following Items:
Out of the box all the pieces looked a little overwhelming laying on the floor but taking it step by step it was installed in roughly 30 minutes. Looks great too!
Install took about a solid hour but the product seems well put together. It survived high speeds and a recent windstorm. Looks great on the car too
I use the racks to carry surfboards as well as snowboarding equipment.. excellent easy to use quality racks system that was easy to setup. Perfect fit.
Once I got the product installed, it works just fine. It grips the car and the bike rails securely - no complaints at all. Getting to that point, however... not so easy. The mounts, bars, and extenders (I have a short roof car) all come in separate boxes, each with a different set of directions, and they are very awkwardly translated from - I assume - Japanese. The written instructions and accompanying diagrams are at best marginally useful, and at worst contradictory. If you have prior roof rack experience, you'll probably be okay, but if this is your first roof rack installation, like it was mine, good luck. Just so we're clear, I do my own bike work, so I'm not exactly mechanically challenged. And if you have a Honda CRZ, skip the fairing - it doesn't fit, even after two hours of effort.
I use the product to support both my Thule cargo carrier and ski racks. I needed something that was less costly than going with the factory rails for the car. I saved about 70% on the cost of purchasing Acura rails.
