This soft tailgate pad and locking strap secures one or more surfboards in your pickup truck bed or SUV. It's the only tailgate strap that holds down boards AND locks them to the truck bed. The SteelCore strap has a patented, cut-resistant core of steel aircraft cable that's extremely tough.
