The Swagman XTC is a receiver hitch mounted bike rack. This platform style rack adjusts to all styles and sizes of bicycle frame. Bike wheels ride in wheel hoops, and a padded grip arm adjusts down from the center arm of the rack to hold the bike down. The hoops also have wheel straps for extra security. The grip arms have a soft coating to protect your bike's finish. Both the wheel hoops and grip arms adjust to fit children's bikes, cruisers, BMXs, "Y" frames, and more. The XTC bike racks have a fold-down center post to allow access to your rear cargo area with the rack installed. The entire rack also folds up against the rear of your car when not carrying bicycles. Made of rugged steel with a black and silver powder-coat finish. Comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin. XTC 2-bike fits 2" and 1.25" receivers (adapter included), XTC 4-bike works with 2" receiver only. Made by Swagman. Manufacturer's part number: 64665
