The Thule Hydro Glide Saddles are a the slickest and easiest way to load a kayak on your car rooftop rack. They provide maximum support for your kayak with 2 low friction felt-lined saddles that conform to the hull. The large surface area of the Hydro Glides offer 6 times more surface area than roller type kayak mounts. The saddles can be positioned anywhere on roof rack crossbars to center and guide the boat while you push it into position. An included ratcheting tie-down strap with buckle protector secures the kayak to the carrier. Mount the Hydro Glide saddles on one crossbar and mount another pair of your favorite Thule saddles on the other. These saddles fits Thule square bars, Yakima round bars, and most factory installed roof racks. Requires Thule Xadapt3 bolts when mounted on Thule Rapid Aero and Thule Xsporter bars.
