This cargo rack for caps and shells by Hauler Racks is made of rust-proof anodized aluminum. It mounts to the side of any truck cap with a level top. A pivoting bracket allows it to work with straight or angled cap sides. The rack is comprised of 2 cross bars, 4 mounting legs, 4 load stops, and installation hardware.
