TracRac Details:
The TracRac sliding truck rack is a rugged and versatile cargo management system.
It looks great and is rugged enough to carry ladders, lumber, and other
construction materials. It is also versatile enough to carry bikes, canoes, and
kayaks. TracRac is a unique combination of design, engineering, and quality
construction. It's versatility and good looks make it one of the best
truck rack choices available.
The TracRac's baserails reinforce the
truck bed and have "T" tracks for mounting the overhead racks and other
cargo accessories. Each baserail has two top "T" tracks and
one inner "T" track. The overhead racks and
accessories slide on the "T" tracks so they can be removed easily or repositioned anywhere along
the truck bed with
minimal interference. Both overhead racks can slide forward to the cab to make room for tall loads, loading gravel
or mulch with a front-end loader, or pulling a fifth wheel trailer.
TracRac baserails, uprights, and crossbars are manufactured from rugged aluminum
extrusions. The rack features precision welds and
stainless steel hardware. TracRac baserails have a black hard-coat anodized finish, and the overhead
racks have a durable bright silver metallic powdercoat finish. TracRac sliding truck rack system
has a load capacity of 1000 lbs and is engineered and made in the USA.
TracRac System includes: 2 baserails, 2 overhead
racks, 4 crossbar tie-downs, stainless steel hardware,
and clear instructions.
Notes:
• Trucks without stake pockets may
require minor drilling to install a TracRac.
• For the Chevy Colorado and GMC
Canyon, the rack's baserails clamp on and have no inner T -
track.
• TracRac works with
bedliners, however; your truck's stake pockets must be accessible. This
may
require bedliner modification (i.e.,
drilling or cutting holes in bedliner).
