Use for my bike and will use as cargo carrier when traveling
Bike roof rack. Is great
Out of the box all the pieces looked a little overwhelming laying on the floor but taking it step by step it was installed in roughly 30 minutes. Looks great too!
Install took about a solid hour but the product seems well put together. It survived high speeds and a recent windstorm. Looks great on the car too
I use the racks to carry surfboards as well as snowboarding equipment.. excellent easy to use quality racks system that was easy to setup. Perfect fit.
Once I got the product installed, it works just fine. It grips the car and the bike rails securely - no complaints at all. Getting to that point, however... not so easy. The mounts, bars, and extenders (I have a short roof car) all come in separate boxes, each with a different set of directions, and they are very awkwardly translated from - I assume - Japanese. The written instructions and accompanying diagrams are at best marginally useful, and at worst contradictory. If you have prior roof rack experience, you'll probably be okay, but if this is your first roof rack installation, like it was mine, good luck. Just so we're clear, I do my own bike work, so I'm not exactly mechanically challenged. And if you have a Honda CRZ, skip the fairing - it doesn't fit, even after two hours of effort.
I use the product to support both my Thule cargo carrier and ski racks. I needed something that was less costly than going with the factory rails for the car. I saved about 70% on the cost of purchasing Acura rails.
Comparable to higher priced offerings
I ordered these really not knowing anything about racks except that they were expensive. I looked at the big names big bucks! When I received them I knew I had made the best selection for the money. Not cheap at all easy to install and they look awesome on my car and haul all my toys perfect. Great rack people!
It was a very simple installation. Took about 35 minutes by myself to finish. Fit very well. Keeps bikes secure and safe thanks to the locks and such.
I put this rack on my double cab tacoma to haul my ten foot kayaks. It works great and best of all it's about $200 cheaper than a Yakima or Thule. Going to buy one for my wife's fusion very soon.
Very easy to install and sturdy. Only flaw was that the air dam was noisy when we used our collapsible roof top bag on a trip. I ended up removing the air dam so I did have to listen to it rattle on the roof. I put it back on after the trip. It might work better with a hard shell top. Overall , very pleased
looks good and is very sturdy!
I use this rack everyday for my bike and snowboards I absolutely love it highly recommend it!
This is a great buy for the price. I don't have anything to compare it too but it works great for what I needed it for and I'm sure it's as durable as the competitors.
Easily put together and installed racks. Gas mileage remained high in interstate losing only 1-2mpg. Only two probs were fairings do not rest on rooftop completely causing occasional rattle and width between racks not large enough for my bag to fit. Nice and sporty. Great that locks are included.
Bought this system over other similar more expensive brands. Once installed I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and sturdy it ended up being. I haven't used with any snowboards yet but creates so little noise I can't notice over my snow tires. Only down falls would be timely initial install and not hundred percent convinced wont scratch car but time will tell...
Product fits snuggly on my Subaru Legacy and seems very stable. Fitting and attaching it to the roof took about an hour. Rack seems quite strong and held up well on a recent kayaking trip that included 8 hours of driving.
Roof rack assembled and on the car in less than an hour. Hauling my canoe and kayaks is no problem. The Inno system can be matched with other roof rack manufacturers' components (baskets, gunwale canoe holders, etc.). Very pleased
"Product used for Cargo Carrier. Easy to assemble on car, great fit and very durable. Nothing bad to say about product as of yet. Only used twice for Vacation Traveling over 1000 miles each time. "
I bought this roof rack for the purpose of carrying 2 kayaks. It was well designed and very specific for my car. Directions for installing were good, and the fit was excellent. Have no complaints ( it has only been on the car a short time now). The price was a factor in purchasing, as the other 2 leading roof top carrier manufactuers are pricey.
I bought the Inno rack and fairing for 2010 Crosstour. Easy install, great fit, and high quality. Can't see why I would have spent more for high price competitors. Use it for a large kayak- Jackson Big Tuna. No problems. Cargogear delivered as promised. Would order from them again.
Easy to use and very look good to your car. Easy to install and serve the purpose. I do recomend to buy it!
Love the product. The roof rack system was a little difficult to install. Trust the measurements given and be patient. Took two people about 2-3 hours to install. Best if two people can install. Installing on a tall/wide truck.
This product was a great deal with the fairing. It was super easy to install and absolutely looks great on my vehicle.
