30 days - Merchandise in new condition may be returned to us within 30 days from the time it was recieved. We will refund the purchase price of the merchandise. The return must include all original packaging and documentation.
Doesn't fit - If an item does not fit the car described in the description we will troubleshoot the fit. We may request pictures and involve the manufacturer. Upon troubleshooting if the item does not fit, we will issue a prepaid return label and issue a complete refund when we recieve the return shipment. Without troubleshooting you would have to ship the item to us at your expense.
Exceptions - Items returned outside the terms of the return policy may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee of 30%.
Truck Freight - Some larger items, such as cargo boxes and platforms ship truck freight. The return freight can be very expensive, so please plan carefully.

- If the delivery person cannot locate you, we may give them your phone number

Free Shipping - Free shipping applies to orders that are shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. When the shipping is free the choice of carrier is ours.
We Ship By - Most orders, items ship by FEDEX, UPS or USPS. Large items may ship by truck freight.
When will it ship - We indicate ship times on the item page and in the shopping cart.
How long will it take to get here - If you have an important deadline, send us an email or give us a call, before or right after you order.
