Highland carabiner bungees are heavy duty stretch cords in bright colors. Each cord has high strength carabiners on the end instead of hooks. The carbiners have spring retention clips that keep them attached to your gear, and they are stronger than conventional bungee hooks. The carabiner at each end is great. No worries about coming unhooked, safer, more reliable. Seems well made, a value for the money.

We used these to tether tubes on a river trip. The carabiner clips worked great and the bungee has good strong tension.
